24+ hrs notice = reschedule at no extra cost (within 30 days)
less than 24 hrs = retainer forfeited, new booking required
late arrivals (15+min) may reduce shoot time to stay within the scheduled window.
if drfthaus cancels due to weather, emergency, or equipment failure = full refund or complimentary reschedule.
