booking & payment
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your shoot date. This retainer is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining 75% balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Last minute add-ons can be paid on-site.
cancellation & rescheduling
24+ hour notice = reschedule at no additional cost. The retainer will be applied to one rescheduled session within 30 days.
Less than 24 hours’ notice = the retainer is forfeited and a new booking may be required.
Late arrivals (15+min) may reduce shoot time or result in cancellation depending on schedule.
If drfthaus cancels due to weather, emergency, or equipment failure, you will receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule.

Boats & Yachts: Most vessels up to 60ft fall under the 2,500sq ft rate ($250). For larger boats or custom marine shoots (e.g. drone only, lifestyle content), please select the closest tier or request a custom quote.
Land and Commercial Properties: Pricing is based on scope, site conditions, and coverage type. Please share project details to receive a custom quote tailored to your needs.
